That is a reality of what is happening right now.

This is automation, just like it happened to the auto industry and so many other industries,

it's now coming to construction.

So we need to prepare for that.

And that's why we created our curriculum, because we believe we can create far more jobs than are being replaced.

Thanks. It's a pleasure to be here. I'm sure our folks have no idea what AlQuest 3D is. Can you

please, AlQuest 3D, can you please tell folks what you do? Sure. We are a 3D printing home

construction company. So our mission is to create housing that's affordable across the country

to solve the affordable housing crisis that we've had for decades.

So my observation of tech startups is they don't often target the entry level, affordable, as not a word that I hear often in new technologies.

Why did you guys decide to enter this space instead of something, you know, say

coastal where concrete construction perhaps makes a lot of sense for, you know, storm reasons?

Well, we're certainly still doing coastal, but the affordability is a problem everywhere.

Even if you live in a community where the median home price is a million dollars like California,

affordability is still a problem there.

But our primary locations that we're targeting are rural locations.

Average-sized community is about 3,000 people.
