I was away from home. I was recording at a beach house, friends and myself, my family had rented and I didn't have my monitor. And so I didn't hear I wasn't aware of it.

Then I listened back to it and it's definitely crickets, but the story gets even better because while you know this, I didn't know it at the time I since texted you though.

In and of being that we had rented the beach house of a fairly famous actor. None of us knew this at the time, but then one of the neighbors ratted it out because it went like the rental didn't go through this person.

But dear listeners, those were very famous actors crickets you heard.

This actor no longer lives in LA. They don't spend a lot of their time, which I imagine is why they're now renting out their beach house because in this economy, we're all trying to make an extra buck, but those were famous crickets everybody.

So I don't feel quite as bad. Well, you say, oh, I didn't have the monitor. I didn't know, but even if you had the monitor and did know you wouldn't have been able to do anything.

What are you going to go around with a bag and try to catch the crickets? No, I maybe would have tried to find a different spot, but you're right.
