I'm so happy to be here.

You know, I tried to explain what your company does in a couple sentences, but honestly, I'm not sure I did a very good job. Can you do a better

job than me, please? Yes, I can, actually. So basically what Symbium does is we launched

out of Stanford a couple, a few years ago, my co-founders and I, and basically we have this technology that allows us to build certain types of systems, and what we call those are comp law or computation law systems.

In other words, we can build systems where the laws and regulations, in our case, the planning rules and codes are built right into the application.

And so what we've done is we've launched Symbium.com, which is a property information portal that will give the public.

It's kind of like a Google Maps for planning.

It gives you turn-by-turn directions and visualizations of what you

can actually do on a particular property, any property, starting with California.

So I did a little test on the website and I picked this arbitrary lot in Berkeley, California,
