daily routines, what I've been doing, I'll kind of walk through this morning. I woke up and I went

outside. I live in front of a park and got sun for about 10, 15 minutes, which we have these circadian

clocks, which are really like timers in our bodies.

And what happens is if you expose your eyes to sunlight in the morning or blue light,
