been taking a break from social media the last couple days trying to get my Instagram traffic back up to speed I figured out that these people

highly target my account with my traffic and so I know for the last couple days I've been on and off on and off it's because I'm testing what's actually getting me

suppressed versus what's not and I think I've got to figured out I'm a culprit I think so yeah and and it's funny because it's not what I thought it was I'll

yeah am I yeah but I also it's been nice because I know I'm taking these 36 hour breaks to reset the traffic and I haven't been like really on it
