Welcoming. I want to start today by actually giving everyone an apology and I

that's my hook so hey you know that's coming I do want to let you know first. I'm going to say a lot of stuff to start this episode.

That is not sports related. And so hey, you've been warned. I will talk about we're going to do the noteworthy nine today we're

to do ask exact but I want to start with an apology and then a I think valuable

stuff for life and then and talk about some other stuff and I think it's hopefully

I share some stuff that is valuable and helpful to anybody listening.

Number one is this and I I feel like I owe you guys the audience an apology and

maybe even myself maybe I need to apologize even to myself I don't know and some people will, I don't know. And some people will say, ah, don't apologize, like you

don't always say anything. Yes, I do. I, as my own harshest critic would even say that

I have been

Unprofessional in the last

Football season maybe it's been it's been a really really hard time for me. I have in the last six months and I wish I could say it's been two weeks or

three weeks even. It's been six months of me really having a hard time and

you know I think the big result of that is that I've been late on content over and over and over again. And it really kills me to make a podcast about football that happened on Sunday. It's

Wednesday night you will not hear this until Thursday morning. I really don't

like that and I that needs to stop and I'm very excited on Friday I have a huge opportunity

to start changing things and I want to I really I badly don't want to feel like crap putting out stuff that is late and not timely and I think I do believe that's unprofessional to put out content that's late and no longer appealing to the audience.
