So let's start with your personal wellness journey which involves struggling with an eating disorder, fertility and blood sugar.

And you say in your journey, you try it every diet imaginable.

Though fat, vegan, vegetarian, paleo, keto, go on and on.

So let's start there and what ultimately worked for you.

Yeah. So the first thing I would say is it's been a journey, right?

So nothing happened overnight. And I think that was what I needed to really stop.

And stop all the madness, start listening to myself. So really what ultimately worked for me was stopping trying to do all the other things people said.

I needed to do and really just start listening to what my body needed.

One of the things I'm really grateful for is that I got to the point where I really wasn't like it wasn't working to do all these different diets for me.

So I had been, I had been vegetarian, I had been paleo, I had done pescatarian.

And while all those were great, I still had health challenges. I was eating super clean.
