So I've been really interested in why we get stuck in change in transformation

and also our journey as coaches, therapists, healers, interventionalists of any kind,

and how it demands that we do personal work.

Like, look, you don't have to, but if you want your work to be embodied,

and, you know, there's that saying that you can only meet someone as deeply as you've met

yourself. And so when you're navigating a challenge with someone who has come to you to be

supported with that, you know, we have to have explored or no tools that have walked us through something like that

on some level, you know, and that we're not willing to go into our shadow, that we recognize

where our codependencies are, where our hooks are. And so to me, that work really has a deep

level of integrity that is really necessary to make sure the work is done with ethical,

you know, from an ethical lens. And I think there's a responsibility that we have in,

in walking alongside each other that is that we're willing to continue to grow, that we're willing

to eat giant pieces of humble fucking pie. Because let's be honest, you need a deep level of

curiosity, but you also need a deep level of humility to constantly be growing. And we need to

increase our capacity for shame. And, you know, not all shame is toxic.

There is shame that is healthy, that comes from the violation of our own morality, that we've

actually hurt and harmed ourselves by making decisions and choices that are saying to ourselves

that we don't value ourselves, that we don't respect

ourselves. We all know that feeling. That's putting our bodies in places. They shouldn't be.

That's having drinks when we know we don't want to anymore. That's doing drugs when we know we

shouldn't anymore. That's numbing and continuing to engage in any type of behavior that is
