1:19.2 | curiosity, but you also need a deep level of humility to constantly be growing. And we need to |
1:25.3 | increase our capacity for shame. And, you know, not all shame is toxic. |
1:30.4 | There is shame that is healthy, that comes from the violation of our own morality, that we've |
1:36.1 | actually hurt and harmed ourselves by making decisions and choices that are saying to ourselves |
1:42.4 | that we don't value ourselves, that we don't respect |
1:44.6 | ourselves. We all know that feeling. That's putting our bodies in places. They shouldn't be. |
