Hello, and welcome to another episode of Finding Mr. Hide the podcast. I'm Allie, back with my co-host, Rourke. How are you doing today?

You know, I'm still home in Dallas for the holidays, and I am having just to share a classic parent experience that I think a lot of people can probably relate to.

My parents were not early on the squid game train to the point where we are watching it now.

I've already seen it.

So I'm rewatching it with them.

And we are watching, you know, some people watched it dubbed.

Some people, there are different ways to do it.

I prefer to, because I want to hear the actor's voices.

And so I watched it in Korean with English subtitles.

And so that's what we're doing now.

My mom is playing Candy Crush the entire time we're watching.

So she's not reading the subtitles.

So how much do you think she knows of what's going on?

Zero, but is she asking questions about what's going on?

Constantly.

Oh, that's frustrating.

And so literally, we are mid-episode and she goes, how did that guy get to the game? And I'm like, okay. We're either going to do this or we're not. Yeah. And then she keeps asking me how things end. She goes, does that guy survive? Does that guy survive? She goes, you know I can Google it. I said, okay, they Google it. Well, I can Google it then. Yeah.
