I'm so excited too. So before we started recording this podcast we were just chatting about what we're going to talk about and stuff and we started talking about the keto diet and really quickly why we didn't like how, you know, labeling the keto diet as the keto diet.

So, you want to just, you know, delve right into why you don't like calling the way you eat the keto diet and what you actually do eat at the moment?

Yeah, so I mean I think I wrote this blog post a while ago that I said ketosis isn't a diet it's not a plate of cheese it's like it's a

physiological state so it's a state that your body is in it's not necessarily a specific

food or a specific diet. And so when people ask me about my opinions on the

keto diet or you know they may say oh what about this research or there's not enough

research I'm saying about what,

Are you talking about being in ketosis, or are you talking about eating a whole plate of
