A couple days ago, I had to make a decision.

I had to make a decision, and I remember when I was making that decision I was kind of

convincing myself that oh this decision is good because of so and so but it really

wasn't what I exactly wanted it was actually the opposite of what I wanted, but I was convincing myself that that's okay too.

And then the next day I was like, no, but it's not what I want. And so what I did was I quieted myself in meditation for about 10 minutes and I said Vanessa O'enique, what is it that you want? And I thought about it and I said this is what I want. And then I began writing in my journal of exactly what it is that I wanted.

And then I wrote some affirmation, some selfish affirm
