1:17.4	But in September of 2003, we had to watch on television or listen on the radio. Breaking
1:23.3	news cut into regularly scheduled programming to alert citizens of Greenville, South Carolina
1:28.3	to a hostage standoff at a by-low grocery store. Charles Christopher Williams had calmly
1:34.1	walked into the store armed with a shotgun looking for his ex-girlfriend, Mandy Lee Williams.
1:40.3	He found her in the deli, the section she worked in and forced her into a small office
1:44.4	nearby as managers and associates quickly escorted shoppers out of the building. As the Greenville
1:50.4	County SWAT team surrounded the store, Mandy called 911 and then gave the phone to Williams
