Summary

As a Canadian native and Cornell University graduate working for a venture-backed hyper growth tech startup in both San Francisco and New York City, everything seemed great on paper. Yet, beneath the surface, Meghan found herself feeling disconnected, lethargic, lonely, anxious, low energy, and out of alignment with herself. The fast-paced corporate life left her seeking a deeper sense of purpose and meaning.


After graduating from college in 2013, her journey towards true healing began after a series of life-changing encounters with a naturopath. Determined to reclaim her health, she immersed herself in holistic practices and transformed her body and mind through food/eating, cleansing, movement, mental/emotional well-being, and spiritual growth. Every free moment she had was spent studying and practicing holistic health and healing, guided by master teachers, books, events, podcasts, and really anything that she could get my hands on. This still holds true today.
