we're doing with this 21 day fast. And a lot of people, as soon as I said 21 day, they were like,

what? I'm not eating anything for 21 days. That's insane. But it's a little bit easier than that.

everyone. This is a real treat. So what Shantel's amazing idea was, was to have a 21-day challenge. And by challenge, we mean, what would be a stretch for you?

And what could be a stretch for many people in terms of their daily intermittent fasting

schedule and their daily eating window could be to squish up that eating window. And Shantel's idea was to have it be like a

sun, wait, what did you call it, sun, sun, sun up to sundown. So more of a circadian, yeah. So when the sun goes down,

your eating window opens. Now, some people might be like, wow, that's a long time to wait. And so we have

some modifications. Other people might feel like, oh, yeah, that's what I do already. So for each

individual, look at your calendar and figure out a 21-day timeframe that will work for you to tighten up your eating window. If you've

never intermittent fasted, this is going to be a great conversation for you, too, because we'll

make sure that when we hang up today, you know how to start. And you can actually start that
