I'm also recording this in early March, which means springtime is on the way, at least

for those of us in the northern hemisphere.

Whatever season you are in, whatever part of the world you're in, I hope you are on track

for your goals.

I hope you are doing things that are important to you, I hope you are making some changes

in your life, if that's what you need to make.

And if you are perfectly satisfied already, that's great, congratulations.

No matter your situation, I think it's always good to look back at those goals and say,

okay, do I still have those same goals?

Has something changed along the way?

And if I still believe in those goals and I'm not on track, what do I need to do to change

things up?
