welcome to a almost Halloween edition of the Voxology Podcast this as many of

our listeners will know is Tim Stafford's favorite time of the year

is correct it is when the sky is turning darker the weather is getting cooler and

all of the Jesus centered alternatives to Halloween are being promoted.

I have participated.

Well I've participated personally in multiple hula balloons, fall festivals, harvest festivals,

and then at our church we have something called trunk or treat.

Yeah.

So, which I thought, you know, could sound inappropriate until I realized

that we were talking about cars.

And so then I realized, and it's cool,

we do it with, we do it with this ministry

that partners with kids with special needs and their families.

Nice.

And so it turns out, it just turns out to be a really cool thing, although we could call it Halloween but you know I was glad my parents

allowed like we would go to the church thing whatever the church I can remember what they called it when we were kids and then

but they would still let us go trick or treating yeah and

so I was like we had to go do the it was like yeah you no one I mean I didn't

enjoy it at least I'm sure lots of kids love the church of that one but yeah I

wanted to be it's there's something it's not you
