πŸ“œ TODAY'S SCRIPTURE: Romans 8: 19-23

19 For the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God. 20 For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of him who subjected it, in hope 21 that the creation itself will be set free from its bondage to corruption and obtain the freedom of the glory of the children of God. 22 For we know that the whole creation has been groaning together in the pains of childbirth until now. 23 And not only the creation, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies.

0:40.7

store for those who he calls his own.

0:44.4

And in verse 18, he introduced the idea

0:47.2

through the apostle Paul that this issue of suffering

0:51.3

that we endure in this life is not worth comparing to the glory

0:56.7

that he has in store for us and he begins to go into a little bit of an explanation

1:01.6

of how all this came about. He says in verse 19, the

1:05.3

creation, okay so that's all the created things that exist, the earth, the animals,

1:11.3

the universe, the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God.

1:21.4

For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of him who

1:27.8

subjected it, in hope that the creation itself will be set free from its bondage to corruption and obtained the freedom

of the glory of the children of God.

1:39.8

For we know that the whole creation has been groaning together in the pains of childbirth until now.
