For the next couple years, we're going to see a lot of activity, a lot of throughput.

So what I'm encouraging clients to do is to use this period of time to accomplish a few things.

One is get their processes right.

That's a lot easier to do when you have money flowing.

Take time, get people trained.

So first off, can you please tell our listeners what exactly is remodeler's advantage

and what does it do for the folks who work with you?

Sure.

So remodeler's advantage has been around for about 30 years,

and it's a company that started by putting together peer groups for home remodeling companies

all over the U.S.

So non-competing companies, because they're from different geographies, get together twice a year.

They serve as each other's board of directors, share financial information, org charts, that kind of

thing.

They have monthly calls in between their meetings to hold each other accountable, to commitments

that they make.
