But today we have the amazing Kelsey Patel back on the show. You guys have missed Kelsey. You have asked for Kelsey, you have begged for Kelsey updates.

1:00.4	Because Kelsey is one of my dear friends. She's also been on this show many times. So we could say friend of the podcast and also somebody who so many of you look up to a spiritual teacher for all
1:13.8	of us, a Reiki master for so many of us. She officiated my wedding to Jonathan. She's just a really
1:21.4	big part of both my life and just the spiritual and wellness communities as a whole.
1:28.4	So Kelsey has taken quite a hiatus for the last three and a half years, ever since she
1:33.2	became a mother to her beautiful daughter, Alma, who is just two months older than Atticus.
1:39.2	And it has been so special to go on the motherhood journey together, which we discuss in this episode.
1:46.0	And Kelsey really went through it all after she had Amma.

1:53.2	But what I will tell you is we have had so many things in common from postpartum anxiety
1:58.9	to thinking we needed to be locked up in a psych ward because we felt
