The research says that if you have rich relationships outside of technology, then technology

actually just makes those richer.

Really?

So it's like the rich get rich, but the poor get poor.

So if you don't have healthy relationships outside of technology or you don't even have a network

of people and you're just extremely lonely, then social media will only exacerbate your loneliness.

bottom line, you need friendships. But finding and forming good friendships isn't easy. And no one really

teaches us how to do that. It's sort of like a trial and error process. That's what I'm
