Here we go deep on all things, astrology, awakening, wellness, motherhood, channeling, aliens, and so much more. We have deep conversations.

0:23.6

We go to other realms. It's a lot of fun. So stick around. Let's dive on in. I cannot wait to connect.

Hello and welcome back to the show. I'm so happy that you're here. Today we are doing a solo

0:42.5

and we're doing a much requested topic which is a mental health update and an update on

0:50.7

my SSRI journey, my anxiety journey. If I would recommend SSRIs to other people,

0:58.7

although obviously I'm not a doctor, I'm talking from my personal experience, and what

2:03.7

the book. But also, Oh, hi, is one of my happy places. And I think as a mother and a wife and a business

2:11.2

owner, it's so important to get away once in a while if you thrive off of being alone the way

2:17.2

that I do. And it's easy to feel

2:19.2

guilty and easy to feel like you can't get away. So I'm just really looking forward to this trip.

2:25.1

And I hope I will unplug from social media a little bit while I'm there and from work,

2:30.4

which is why I'm recording this episode before I leave, even though solo episodes don't
