We, you know, have an ad that we need to talk about, you know, we need to tell you how to best take care of your

ass, which I am actively interested in, because I, J.C, have made my very first colonoscopy appointment.

Ooh. You know what's exciting about that?

What's exciting about that is I think you are eight or so years older than me, which makes me feel as if I have

another eight years that I can kick that can down the road without really being in trouble.

Yeah, I figure we should we should lead this podcast with all of the the hot

Gossip that the kids on the internet today are interested in which is basically old man problems with their

new pipes. But no I've been putting it off for too long it seemed to be I had some time on my hands so I'm in a couple of weeks I think it's it's like

beginning of July so it do you get anesthesia for that?
