Marring Golf, which is a commercial investment firm based in Manhattan. And Leslie is as big as they

come. And what I mean by this is she was recently recognized as the highest ranking female landlord in New York's commercial real estate market, which is quite an impressive feat. And honestly, I can't even fathom the sheer magnitude of the portfolio that Leslie has built, which consists of more than 2 million square feet of Manhattan commercial real estate with an estimated value of over $500 million.

And it's not very often that we have someone of this statue on our show,

and I'm positive that you'll find great value in our discussion.

And with that being said, I also have to offer a quick apology for the sound quality of the interview

as we experienced some

interference from Leslie's voiceover IP phone line, which we didn't notice until after the

interview was completed. And it took us almost one year to get Leslie on our calendar, our

recording calendar, which means a re-record was out of the question for her.

And I debated actually just throwing this recording away and not releasing it due to the sound

issue. But I thought that the quality of the content that Leslie shares far outweighs the

audio challenges that you'll experience as you listen to this. And there's a kind of a consistent

clicking noise in the background that you'll hear. And we've never had this issue before. Don't

know what calls did. The only thing I can think of is that there was some kind of interference

with Leslie's voiceover IP line. And like I said, if it bothers you that much, you can just

not listen to it. But I definitely, I I recommend that you do I recommend that you just

try to ignore the clicking noise in the background because Leslie is the real deal and she's built

quite an impressive business for herself and I just think I think you'll get a lot of value of it so
