We have the pleasure of sitting down with cornerback Brandon Stevens.

And on our way up here, we were just talking about how you're going to be playing in a cold

weather game here this Saturday.

And being a Dallas guy who started UCLA, transferred to SMU, cold weather games,

how do you feel about these?

You know, going to UCLA, you know, like you said, I was a little spoiled, you know, going there.

But, you know, cold weather, that's football weather.

I'm sure they're going to have the jackets on the sidelines.

So you'll definitely see me having one of those on.

You hug those heaters, there's big blasting heaters.

Yeah, yeah.

That's kind of, I will say this, all right, and this is easy for me to say as a guy who

watches the game from a press box, okay?

It's a little cushy up there.

Exactly. I'll preface it with that statement. But the first time I ever got down close to the bench and realized how powerful the heaters are and how hot the benches are, I was like, man, these players, they don't have it all that bad. You know, it's not that bad down there. You get too close to it. You think you're on fire. Did you ever see the clip of Ed Reed? His jacket, one of those, you know those big jackets that you wear?

Yeah, yeah.

He got too close to heater.

It literally caught on fire.

Really?

Yeah, well, and he got like, I think, two interceptions on the game.

So it was like the easiest headline ever.
