When she eventually took over the role of Tina (from the fantastic Adrienne Warren), Aisha explains how she learned about leading a company, setting boundaries, and rewiring her brain to work outside her comfort zone.

1:00.1	Maybe I've come out of employment for like a month or so and I was genuinely enjoying my time.
1:04.8	I wasn't, I lived at home, which was a blessing, but I wasn't fretting about what was going to be next.
1:12.4	And then I get a call for my agent. I remember I got my best friend's
1:15.0	house. She lives in North London and she had like these stunning like floor
1:19.5	to ceiling windows. So like the sun was swimming in there was like three of us and we were just like
1:23.2	chilling waking up having a goal to see a poem or whatever. And then I get a call for my agent and she's like, oh, they want to see for the Book of Mormon.
1:33.5	And I think by that point, I'd know that they'd finished casting,
1:38.0	so I was a bit confused.
1:40.4	That's why they were calling, well, me me and of course other people in.
