I've got to say, you know, having done this podcast now for over eight years, if you look back on our list of guests that we've had, I'd like to say, you know, we do try and keep it quite diverse and get different people on from different parts of the world that have done different things in the industry. One problem we've probably always had, though, is trying to get more women on the show, because you look back, particularly the

eras that we cover on the podcast, like, you know, 70s, 80s, 90s, it wasn't that much of a

diverse industry back then, was it? It was very male-orientated. Yeah, and there's some
