Today on the world's only rock and roll for the Chicago Tribune today on the world's only

rock and roll talk show we're gonna follow the advice of James Brown give the drummer

sum you got it man give the drummer some that's right the great glen coachee ofco. And I say great because he is one of the most

inventive drummers in rock today, bringing in elements of world music, jazz, improv, but all in the

context of great songs.

We're going to talk to Glenn about not only his work in Wilco but his many projects

outside of the band including his latest solo release called Mobile.

It's going to be interesting conversation. We're

to use that as a jumping off point to talk about what we value in rock and roll

drumming at the end of the show. We're going to do a rare desert island

jukebox pick one from each of us, our favorite rock and roll drum tracks ever.

Plus we're going to review the new album by Justin Timberlake shortly but first as
