Keep making profits on the house, you know, because we put it on market, we sell any profits we get, come back, any money we lost, obviously we lose, but they're still fragile.

And when time to cut, you know, programs, well, the states aren't making us a requirement, so they can cut it.

You know, you're a trade school instructor at Taylorville High School.

How did, I mean, give us the,

give us the version of how you, I'm guessing there's an interesting story how you came about

to that position. Yeah, so pretty much I didn't have any trades was always something that was

kind of a hobby. So I actually didn't take any building trades or anything in high school,
