I'm trying to do birth. My very first house in 2022 was 110. We put $16,000 into it.

Very light rehab, just carpet and paint. I refinance that house out and they appraised it for 187.

With that appraised value, I was able to cash out almost everything and then use that to purchase the next one.

But the second one was not that good.

So Silicon Valley makes a ton of sense.

There's so many people who need that demand,

but you decided to go in the Navy instead.

I got to hear what was your

decision tree there? How did you decide to do that? After eight months at OU, right, I started seeing

people and meeting groups and stuff like that. And that's when I met my wife now, right? At the,

at the time, is my girlfriend. And in her family, they are migrant from Vietnam too.

And one of the uncle served in the Air Force.

And that family always have the most respect from everybody in the family.

Whenever they show up, it's like a superstar, you know.

And I was like, yeah, I want to do

that too. I think I can do it. And, you know, I want to make her proud. I want, I want to thank the

US for the opportunity for me to have the job, have the family. So that's when I start looking into

multiple services of the US, um, armed forces. And, and the Navy just struck out because of the thing that I told you at the U.S. armed forces.

And the Navy just struck out because of the thing that I told you at the beginning where in the advertisement they said you go join the Navy and see the world, right?

I always want to travel and see new stuff.

So the Navy stuck out.

And because of my background, they have to do a lot of like background check and stuff like that.
