0:38.3	Most of you know that I spent a couple of weeks in India recently where I was doing a meditation

0:46.8	And at this meditation retreat I learned so much more about myself, about my thoughts, about
0:54.1	my body, about my breath, about my ideas, about my mindset.
0:58.7	And I felt like I was able to dive deeper into the meaning of everything, the meaning of
1:04.8	why I'm here and why we're all here, how this all happened, what the purpose of this

1:13.5	You know my entire childhood I was constantly using the question of why am I here and
1:18.4	what is the purpose?
1:20.2	What is the purpose especially if I feel all this frustration and anger and disappointment
1:26.0	and lack of belonging and I felt insecure, why am I here?
1:31.5	I had these questions over and over again and I never understood the answer.
1:36.9	I never knew what the answers were.
1:38.7	So I just led to more frustration and more disappointment and anger and lashing out.
