0:09.5 | If you're interested in mindset and wellness or healthy habits and relationships or hormone health, aging well and eating well, honestly, if you're into just living better and with more energy, then you're in the right |
0:21.9 | place. We're not here for perfect. We're here for a little better every day. Let's go. |
0:28.8 | Hey, you're on air with Ella, and today I want to talk to you about a concept that I am calling |
0:34.6 | form before performance, which of course I will explain. But first, let me tell |
0:40.2 | you what inspired my need to talk about this with you. There are two phenomena of the human condition |
0:46.4 | that I not only observe, but that I experience myself. Two observations that I want to make is |

1:24.6 | destination that we think we should have already reached. Okay? Can you relate to that |
1:29.2 | in any area of your life? Let me give you an example. Maybe that will help. I start a business. |
1:33.7 | I want to have it pulling in $1,000 or $10,000 a month and I lose patience because it isn't doing |
1:40.3 | that within three months or within six months. Or I start a business and I see other people |
1:45.7 | are succeeding in that business, probably making bank and I realize I'm never going to get there |
1:50.6 | because they are already there and there's no room for us both, right? Like I'm going to compare my |
1:56.4 | chapter one to their chapter 30 and I'm always going to fall short. Or let's take our bodies, |
