1:38.1 | to what works for you and what works for your mental health. So the first thing I want to say is let's just take all of the |
1:47.1 | expectations on how you are going to show up, how you are going to cope. Let's take the expectations |
1:53.8 | on how you're supposed to do this holiday season and check in with what feels right to you. |
