she is also a researcher publishing in a number of different areas that we're

going to look at, as well as her lecturing position. And the completion of her PhD was at King's

College, London, where she investigated the use and effectiveness of probiotics in people with

chronic constipation, a topic that we're going to revisit a lot in today's

particular discussion. And then in 2016, she was appointed as a research associate at the college,

where she has undertaken several different research projects that relate to various aspects of

dietary interventions in gut function and dysfunction. So she has looked at

nutrition-based interventions that include fiber, plant foods, pre-biotics, probiotics, low phodemap diets,

all these and how they relate to gastrointestinal health, and in particular related to certain
