And so I want to get to know who you are. And we've chatted and you've been to bow hunting for 47 years. And this is the first podcast you ever done. So for everyone and myself included,

tell me a little bit about yourself and kind of maybe how you got introduced to hunting and what

47 years of bow hunting and a lot has changed in the world of bow hunting over 47 years and just

whole can of worms here. Yes, yes.

So I was introduced into bow hunting by my grandfather in 1979.

He was a big fisherman, a big hunter.

So always enjoyed going with him.

And he taught all of his grandkids to hunt and fish.

And it was very important to him to teach us to do it the

right way. So, and what I mean by that is going to houses and getting permission to hunt,

permission to fish if you want to fish a pond or do any of that. It was very, very important to him.

So to pass on something that he had taught us like that meant a lot to us, and he actually

even carried on into my life, you know, further on to doing things the right way. So I was a UPS

driver. I did that for 33 years and raised three girls. Now I have seven grandkids. So, you know, hunting has always been a passion

of mine, and it's been something that I haven't shared a lot with a lot of people. A lot of people

don't know who I am, but I've killed several big deer. I mean, around my area, people know who I am,
