Welcome back to the podcast! In today’s episode, Chantel got to speak with Don Clum! Dr. Clum graduated from Life University in Marietta, GA in 1997 with a degree in Human Nutrition. He then moved to Life Chiropractic College West in California where he graduated with his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2000. After graduation, Dr. Clum moved to San Jose, Costa Rica where he was invited to work with the Costa Rican Olympic Committee and Athletes. And in moderation, it is, but we can get out of control with it. So talk about that for just a

minute. Yeah, absolutely. Well, it's not necessarily about fruit. The study that I was quoting did use fruit as the in the study itself, the trial, but it's about fructose. Fructose as a food item or nutrient if we want or as a sugar is is basically toxic to us at this point, especially anything that's not natural like you mentioned
