And right now, what I want to talk about is that most people,

and I think, you know, myself's included included with this we have these goals that we want in like that we're shooting far a lot of the times we get a little complacent with we're at right now and sometimes that has to do with we don't necessarily know a lot of people

around us who have maybe achieved the level that we want to achieve or we don't necessarily

believe we're the type of person who's able to

achieve whatever that level of success is and the success as I talk about usually has

to do in terms of happiness and that can be with career you could talk about

wellness we can talk about weight loss you know the ideal body we can talk about

relationships we could talk about money finance anyone of those things what I'm

saying to you is this and that typically as I say we do well in certain areas

because we can resonate, we can identify with that level of success. We feel we're

worthy of achieving whatever that thing is. However in certain parts of a life we don't

just feel we're the type of person to achieve those things. Maybe it's because in

childhood we were taught certain things. We were given certain types of

conditioning that didn't allow us to believe you're the type

of family who makes enough money or we're the type of family who just gains weight

when we even just look at food, whatever it might be.
