Welcome back, everybody. We are joined again with Heather Lillikoshi. She is our almost like our

0:10.0

on-staff nutritionist here. Love that. Yes, please. To talk with us, we have so many questions

0:20.0

about food specifically and whether it, you know,

0:25.6

foods that increase anxiety, what foods that help with anxiety. It's a topic that I could talk

0:33.7

1:34.3

1:44.9

a mistake or looking silly or having any type of negative feedback. And I would always take on

1:50.8

extra projects and help out because I was such a people pleaser and I didn't want to

2:00.8

I was so on edge,
