into doing intermittent fasting. And now like, I mean, you're really like, that's your main thing, right?

Like you're now doing coaching and all of that. So what got you started with it?

Yeah, I mean, I was introduced to fasting actually from a client of mine.

In the time, I've been doing health and wellness for like 20 years and, you know,

always attuned to different, you know, ways of eating.

But I guess fasting was one of those things that you sort of hear from major religions.

You never really, this was probably seven years ago, never really experienced it myself other

than, you know, I'm Jewish.
