I had already been deleting the social apps on weekends for a few years, but I felt the tug from God to create even more space. After the 30 days were over, YES my business had still grown, but more importantly... my life had truly changed... My heart was renewed. I felt free... light...present. I knew that I couldn't go back. I kept my IG detox going for another 6 weeks and prayed until I felt absolute peace about not returning. It's now been 6 months and the only thing my team now posts is my podcast episodes.
