I'm doing well. Baseball baseball is so hard last night. What an hour span that was from the end of Red Sox.

Jumping in we were live streaming with our guy Joe's into the white socks Astros Chaos last night. So that was a good time.

Feeling good me and Trevor working on a new workout plan. We're both we're both not feeling ourselves right now but speaking of tasty Trevor. What's up dude?

Jake happy freaking birthday man so happy in my life can I get some cakes in the chat. Wow cake. I don't know if we've ever had cakes in the chat.

How was the stream last night I tuned in for a little bit. I love Joe's you guys. You guys.

The stream. Trevor we went early. Well actually we didn't go early but we started with the red socks. Ray so we were alive for all that drama.

And I just watched our reactions to that pretty funny because I just let out a what.

That was my 16th like WTF might like that was us after that video. So many people have no idea we're talking about.

But yeah the reaction to that and then the grand all play Tom Hallyen strike three calls the fucking cane dude and then it came to a screeching halt and the last five innings of the red socks or white socks and we're just like fucking so boring.

I know that's kind of that's how it worked man. We were saying before the show they were down five to one and the third series the season was over.

Until it was and it was funny going through the box score of that today because we were streaming and we're having fun being silly and it was like wait has this game just turned off and I guess shout out to Christian Havien Ryan to para and Aaron bummer you guys really took the wind out of all the bats so good for you but you also kind of took the wind out of us a little bit.

But built it up for a fun day today for games are people going home are we getting game five reasons so good for your birthday for baseball games Monday night football there's I think there's preseason basketball long season plans.
