Summary

Shannon’s guests today on this week’s episode of the Bruce Lee Podcast are her actual family members – Andy, Christie, and Julie. They are Shannon’s first cousins and the children of her father’s sister - her Auntie Agnes Chan! They all live on the east coast and though they haven’t spent much time together in their lives, they all have a huge affection for one another as you’ll come to see. This episode will release at a time when many families are gathering together here in the US, sharing time and good food so it is a happy coincidence that Shannon will share her little family reunion with all of you during this time.

0:09.6	They are my first cousins and the children of my father's sister, my anti-agnes, Chan.
0:17.6	All my cousins live on the East Coast, and though we haven't spent much time together in our lives, we all have a huge

0:41.6	So let me tell you about my cousins. Dr. Andy Chan is an accomplished
0:46.4	urologist who is also a G condo practitioner.
0:50.6	Andy lives in Long Island with his family, and his three kids, Zachary, Tyler, and Alexander are all accomplished
0:57.8	foil fences. Tyler competes at a national level competing at the Junior Olympics and summer
1:05.5	nationals. Christy Bellnap practiced real estate law for 12 years in New York City before moving
1:11.2	with her husband Tom and two kids Lucy and Molly to Coastal Connecticut where they currently reside.
1:17.6	She has worked as a grant writer and currently works counseling prospective law students and
1:22.0	guiding them through the law school admissions process. Julie Anna Wong or Julie is a 25-plus year
1:28.8	veteran of the fashion industry. She has designed and consulted for various companies including Jones
1:34.4	apparel group Bloomingdale's Neiman Marcus and David Spridal. She has also collaborated with
1:40.0	celebrity designers Zach Pozen and Randolph Duke on independent projects.
1:45.4	Julie Anna currently lives in Northern New Jersey with her husband John, raising their two teenage
1:50.6	kids Jacqueline and James. Christy Julie, Andy, and I have not seen each other in person in many,
1:59.1	many years, but we are hatching plans to rectify that situation and hoping to visit with one
