0:10.0	And I don't know if he said it or I said it but I need a clarification from you.
0:18.6	New Mexico you buy the $65 license right and then you do have to front the upfront fees.
0:26.7	Some guys are calling in saying you guys said that you don't have to front the up-truck fees anymore. I just wanted to get clarification.

0:37.0	Well, here's the way it all has to happen.
0:41.0	I mean, as far as getting in in in the outfitter pool you got to make
0:44.9	contact with an outfitter who is actually in the outfitter pool. There's some New
0:50.0	Mexico registered outfitters that do not participate in what they consider to be the 10% outfitter pool.
0:56.4	That's the tags that are allocated to that outfit or pool only
1:01.3	So you got to make contact with them.
1:04.0	Sign a contract is what the terms and the agreements of that contract are.
1:09.0	Just kind of starting from scratch with you.
1:12.0	That agreement. kind of starting from scratch with you.
1:13.0	That agreement has to state that you will be contracted with them for a minimum of two days
1:20.0	that's accompanied in the field during the hunt dates. I know there's been a lot
1:25.2	of confusion with a lot of all of that. Just to step back to what your first question
1:31.6	was is yes when I go in there and I apply a customer
1:37.2	whether they have an account I can get into their account or whether I have to
1:41.4	build them an account I can do that as well.
1:44.0	But I basically I will go in there and I will purchase that game hunting license.
