I think it's very much underrated, especially I was going to say with the special consideration of the population you work with

getting that cardiovascular system very adapted to training and getting them into

very healthy places very beneficial especially with some of the considerations of enhancements and the concerns some people have with

cardiovascular health within the bodybuilding realm. It's really important to make sure that you train

every muscle within the body, so also the heart, it it's muscle I really agree with you there

enhancing blood flow and also increasing so whenever you increase blood flow you

increase blood flow to your muscle so it's going to enhance your

training and it's going to enhance your

endurance through longer sets also so like if you do like a triple drop cell on

like day or whatever you're going to actually be able to push yourself all the
