Since it is graduation week for so many students out there,

I thought I would feature some of the best clips from some of the very best

Here's that, Admiral.

Every day during training, you were challenged with multiple physical events,

long runs, long swims, obstacle courses, hours of calisthenics,

1:13.0

something designed to test your metal.

1:15.0

Every event had standards.

1:17.0

Times you had to meet.

1:18.0

If you failed to meet those times, those standards, your name was posted on a list.

1:23.0

And at the end of the day, those on the list were invited to a circus.

1:29.0

A circus was two hours of additional calisthenics designed to wear you down,

1:33.0

to break your spirit, to force you to quit.

1:35.0

No one wanted a circus.
