Renee, you are here to talk about your house. I want to hear a little bit first about you.

Tell me about you and your unique life situation.

Okay, it's just myself and my husband who live here now

and we're recently empty nesters, so I still have my kids' rooms and a lot of their stuff and I have pets but that's about it.

Okay so like recent empty nesters as in how recent?

Well, both my kids are in college.

My daughter graduated in 21,
