Jonathan Pitts, who talks about how we can weather

an unexpected storm in the best way possible.

My name is Jonathan Pitts.

I am a dad of four girls.

I have a teenager that's 15, a 13-year-old,

and twin 11-year-olds. I'm a pastor, a pastor at Church of the City in Franklin Tennessee and

I also and the president of an organization that my late wife Winter started called

for girls like you. You know COVIDVID-19 has really upended most of our lives and it's throwing our lives into kind of a tail spin.

I know for me, you know, this happened really abruptly abruptly I wasn't necessarily prepared to be

working from home every single day and I have been I've been working from home for the

last two weeks my daughters have been homeschooling after the last. I'm thankful that my girls are actually really good self-educators.

I feel like my girls and I are weathering this storm pretty well. For us as a family,

the storm of this COVID-19 type hit us after another storm which was actually

much more significant for us as a family I mentioned we lost my wife a little over

20 months ago and that was a massive storm for me that was a massive

store for my girls. God taught me a lot about myself in that time about how I lead

about how I father about some of my own insufficiencies and so coming into the storm that we're currently in as a nation I feel like God's prepared me and my perspective is probably maybe a little bit balanced in a way that I'm really grateful for right now.

What I've learned about myself in this time is that I can tend to do really well.
