Hello everyone and welcome back to another stroll along the King's Road. This is your host,

J.Tweets and today I am joined by a friend of mine, Harry Hayden, who is going to talk us,

I think, let's say, educators on the ins and outs, the transfer window, how the actual

agent side of the game works, how really I suppose the transfer window functions.

I think I noticed and certainly had discussions with Harry, sort of,

offering WhatsApp over the summer. There's lots of misconceptions about the transfer window,

how things work, how bids work, how contracts work, that entire picture. So I thought I'd

enlist somebody who actually is professional in the field and can probably sort of enlighten us

a tiny bit on that. So yeah, as I said, I'm having Harry on here, I think, at the moment,

I think I'm writing, saying Harry, that you're the finance director of Conquest Academy.

I think that's something that we can touch upon in a little bit in terms of what that is.

And also, you're a registered effort into me, so you represent players as well. So if you want

to give an introduction to yourself to Conquest, to sort of what you do, and then I think we can

kick it off from that. Yeah, no problem. So obviously, thanks a lot for having me on the

job, I appreciate it. Just to sort of fill the list in as in with my background, the easiest

thing to do is go back to sort of how I started. The same year I started university, so it was

2012. I set up Conquest Academy, myself and my brother. Essentially, we were a performance

academy. The whole goal of the academy was to bridge the gap between grassroots or
