Antonia Dodge so this week on the show we are concluding a short four-part series

looking at all eight of the Jungian cognitive functions

and examining the energies and expression of each of them, whether that's an analytic or assertive energy or a holistic or receptive energy.

So that's a lot of words I just used.

We'll impact that step by step here.

Just so you know, if you're a brand new listener, you maybe don't know a lot about

in some of the things we're going to talk about today because it's a metaphor for how personality types

are expressed cognitively so it shows you the mental wiring of the mind.

Each personality type has a different car model they use,

but the car model explanation will show you the framework that we use,

and then you can apply that specifically to your Myers-Briggs

personality type or what some people call 16 personalities. And so I just wanted to

reference that material to help you orientate to today because we have a lot of

preamble to lay the tracks for what we want to talk about today because it's a

little bit more advanced if you're newer this is some deeper material and we

want to bring it out to everyone and get deep with it.
