Summary
Is there any place in your relationship that you shutdown and isolate from your partner by saying nothing or getting away from them? Are you even on the other side of things where you lash out at your partner to get them off your back?
In either case this is probably because you are not "good with emotions". Which is not something to feel bad about because not many of us start out with the ability to even identify exactly what we are feeling to even be able to articulate it.
This episode is all about starting the process of building both of the skills to identify what emotion you are feeling and then be able to share it with your partner. This will allow you to know even more about yourself and about each other. Tune in for 4 steps to go from not knowing what to say at all, to having even more connected conversations with your partner.
