factors. And we call this the four pillars of pre-qualifying every single

property owner every single time. That's the condition of the property, the timeline to sell

that property, their motivation to sell that property, and the price. Now let me break this down.

Let me make this really simple because it truly is the scaffolding. It's the skeleton of every conversation that you have with the property owner revolves around those four pillars.

I remember when I started out, I was green, I was new, I had stars in my eyes, I was excited.

I had a conversation with this property owner named Joseph.

It just depends on the situation, right? I ran out there, and I got all dressed up. I put on a polo and slacks and nice shoes and I made sure
